I’m Erika – researcher, writer, and the heart behind Mindful Minds. If you’re here, chances are you’re looking for something deeper – more presence, more clarity, more connection. I get it, because I’ve been there too.

For years, my world revolved around clinical psychopathology and epidemiological psychiatry, researching how early life experiences shape mental health. I spent my days analyzing data, studying patterns, and exploring how our minds adapt to stress, trauma, and daily challenges. The work was fascinating, but something was missing.

I didn’t just want to understand the mind – I wanted to help people transform their lives. Beyond research and theories, I longed to create something tangible and accessible, something that could bring proactive wellness into people’s daily routines. A way to navigate stress, emotions, and personal growth with practical, science-guided tools.

That’s how Mindful Minds was born – a space where mindfulness, emotional intelligence (EQ), and positive psychology come together in beautifully designed, actionable products. And I’m not building it alone. My husband Stan shares this journey with me – behind the scenes (and just as often right beside me) – helping to bring our vision to life.
