Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the EU only.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 working days from dispatch. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard EU shipping on all journal orders.

Can I track my package?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, feel free to contact us.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, please email us with your order number and a photo of the issue – we’ll take care of it.

What’s your return policy?
You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, as long as it’s unused, in original condition, and the seal wrap remains unopened. Please email us for details on where to return your order. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage to ensure your return reaches us safely; if your parcel goes missing in transit, you will need to contact your shipping provider for compensation, as refunds can only be issued with proof of delivery. Please note that items returned after 14 days are not eligible for a refund, and return postage costs must be covered by the sender. Once we receive your parcel, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Digital products are non-refundable and, once purchased, are yours to keep.

Unclaimed Packages
If your package is not collected and is returned to us, a €15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking.
