Refund Policy

Our products are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because your file is yours to keep the moment it’s delivered, purchases can’t be returned or exchanged.

Issues with your order
Please check your files after purchase. If a file is faulty, doesn’t download, or isn’t as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@mindfulminds.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll replace the file or refund you to your original payment method.

EU and UK customers
Under EU and UK law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, this right ends once delivery begins, because at checkout you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

Gift cards
Gift cards can’t be refunded.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take some additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@mindfulminds.com.
